About us
I have been working in the real estate industry since 2008, starting in Warsaw Metrohouse under the guidance of CEO Mariusz Kania. In 2016, I opened my own Metrohouse franchise in Gorzów Wielkopolski, and now I am remotely running an office in Poland and building the brand in the growing Thai market.
Together with my partner Theeradet, we form a close-knit team. Theeradet was born in Thailand, but has spent most of his life - as many as 36 years - in Norway. This mix of experiences gives us a unique perspective. Theeradet has returned to his home country, combining European business standards with excellent local knowledge.
We are constantly working with 60 developers and have built up a network of contacts in Thai authorities. We can speak to you in Polish, English or Thai - whatever you prefer! We will help you through the entire investment process so that you feel confident and comfortable.
